Greetings, great and compassionate Master!
Greetings, fellow practitioners!
又迎來了一年一度法輪大法修煉心得交流會，這是師父給大法弟子定下的修煉形式之一。寫交流稿的過程就是更多的學法、向內找，更加純淨自己的一個修煉提高的過程。我抱著感恩的心，交流自己參與推廣乾淨世界的心得體會，與同修們切磋和共同提高。
Once again, we have come together for the annual Falun Dafa conference for sharing cultivation experiences. This is one of the cultivation forms Master has prescribed for Dafa disciples. The process of writing our experience-sharing articles is a way to learn more from the Fa, look within, and further purify ourselves as part of our cultivation progress. With a heart full of gratitude, I would like to share my experiences in participating in the promotion of Gan Jing World and exchange thoughts with fellow practitioners to enhance our understanding together.
師父在二零二一年十一月發表了經文《醒醒》，開篇就開示：“法正天體已結束，目前正在向法正人間過渡。大部份大法弟子將隨師法正人間。”過後不長的時間，乾淨世界就問世了！
In November 2021, Master published the scripture titled “Wake Up,” and at the beginning, he offered the following guidance: “The Fa’s rectification of the Cosmos has finished, and now a transition to the Fa’s rectification of the human world is taking place. Most of our Dafa disciples will join me as the Fa rectifies the human world.”
Before long, Gan Jing World emerged!
一年以來，乾淨世界在飛速的發展著。我明白乾淨世界的重要性，很自然的想要參與其中，但面臨的事物都是新的，需要不斷學習。有些推廣方式還在摸索的過程中，感覺做了又看不到多少成效，因此心裡常常處於糾結的狀態中。我向內找，同時也求師父加持弟子，突然有了一念：推廣乾淨世界重在參與！我茅塞頓開，看到了自己糾結的原因所在，其實是有了追求結果的執著心。我告誡自己放下有求之心，以純淨的心態參與推廣。
Over the past year, Gan Jing World has been rapidly developing. I understand the importance of Gan Jing World, and it’s only natural to want to participate in it. However, the things we face are all new, requiring continuous learning. Some of the promotional methods are still in the process of exploration, and it often feels like we’re not achieving significant results, leading to a state of inner turmoil. I looked within and also asked Master to strengthen me. Suddenly, a thought occurred to me: The emphasis in promoting the Gan Jing World is on participation! It was like a lightbulb moment for me. I realised that the root of my inner turmoil was actually the attachment to seeking results. I reminded myself to let go of this desire for results and participate with a pure heart.
回顧幾個月前，我第一次去大型集市推廣乾淨世界，只是參與了那麼一點點，我的修煉狀態就得到了很明顯的改善。
Looking back a few months ago, when I first participated in promoting Gan Jing World at a large market, even though my involvement was minimal, my cultivation state noticeably improved.
那是在今年6月的一個週末。我和另外幾個同修坐火車兩個多小時，去到靠近藍山的一個鎮上，那裡正舉辦一年一度的大型集市慶祝活動。我們每人背著重重一包資料，認真的發單張和回答詢問。最後還把沒發完的幾百份單張和卡片放到周圍的咖啡店、俱樂部、旅館、超市等地方。乾淨世界的特點是無暴力、無色情、無犯罪、無毒無害。人們對乾淨世界的接受程度超乎我的想像，我感到非常的愉快。
That was on a weekend in June this year. Several fellow practitioners and I took a train ride for more than two hours to reach a town near the Blue Mountains. The town was hosting its large annual market celebration. Each of us carried a heavy bag of materials and worked diligently to distribute flyers and answer questions. Before we left, we also placed several hundred remaining flyers and cards in nearby coffee shops, clubs, hotels, supermarkets, and other places. The distinctive characteristic of Gan Jing World is that it is free from violent, erotic, criminal and harmful material. The level of acceptance from people regarding Gan Jing World exceeded my expectations, and I felt extremely pleased.
神奇的是，我已持續了兩個星期的腰疼完全消失了！之前的腰疼使我不能彎腰，走路困難，坐下就很難起身，再輕的包包背在肩上，腰都會疼的受不了。其實在去集市的火車上腰還在疼，但下了火車好象就忘記了腰疼，只想著怎樣才能把資料盡快發完。到第二天才想起來腰不疼了，心也輕鬆了，正念也強了起來。
It’s amazing that my two-week-long back pain has completely disappeared! My previous back pain made it difficult for me to bend, walk, and get up after sitting down. Even carrying a light bag on my shoulder would make my back ache unbearably. In fact, my back still hurt on the train on the way to the market, but I forgot all about it when I got off the train. I was only thinking about how to distribute flyers as quickly as possible. It wasn’t until the next day that I realised my back no longer hurt, and my mind was at ease, and my righteous thoughts had strengthened.
當時腰疼是沒有表面原因突然發生的，我意識到自己在修煉上出問題了。疫情後三年就沒有去過公園煉功，人變懶了早晨起不來；漸漸的凌晨兩點的發正念也跟不上了，感覺迷迷糊糊象在那裡擺個樣子，後來乾脆就不起來了。也想過要改變這種狀態，但安逸心佔了上風，力不從心了。
The back pain I’d been having seemed to have occurred suddenly without any apparent cause, and I realised that there was an issue with my cultivation practice. After three years of the pandemic, I hadn’t been to the park to practise the exercises, and I had become lazy, and found it difficult to wake up early in the morning. Gradually, I couldn’t keep up with the 2 a.m. sending righteous thoughts, and it felt like I was going through the motions in a dazed and confused manner. Eventually, I stopped doing it altogether. I thought that I should change this state, but my desire for comfort was too strong, and my willpower too weak.
就在這時同修通知我去集市發乾淨世界的單張，這是以前就答應要做的，不好推辭，就同意去了。而我只是參與了那麼一點點乾淨世界的推廣活動，身體就馬上恢復正常。我也覺得這是師父在點化我：推廣乾淨世界非常重要！
It was right at that time that another practitioner asked me to go to the market and distribute leaflets for Gan Jing World. This was something I had previously agreed to do, and I couldn’t decline, so I agreed to go. It was only a small part of the Gan Jing World promotion, but my body immediately returned to normal. I felt that this was Master enlightening me: promoting Gan Jing World is very important!
緊接著小組學法時就有同修提議：我們應該恢復早晨在公園煉功。一拍即合，我們馬上恢復了每天在公園晨煉。5點20分開始播放煉功音樂，有時間我們就一步到位煉完五套功法。有時哪怕只能煉一個多小時就去上班，也是盡量去公園煉功。
Following this, during our group Fa study, another practitioner suggested that we should start doing morning exercises in the park once again. We all agreed right away, and we immediately resumed our daily morning exercises in the park. We began at 5:20 AM, playing exercise music, and whenever we had the time, we completed all five exercises. Sometimes, even if we could only practice for a little over an hour before going to work, we made an effort to do exercises in the park as much as possible.
當自己下決心要去掉安逸心的時候，半夜發正念也能起來了。雖然有時還會感覺發正念不到位，有點走形式，但我還是想要堅持下去。如果連形式都沒有，那就是個空白；保持這個形式，表示自己還有越做越好的願望。
When I made up my mind to eliminate my desire for comfort, I found that I could also get up in the middle of the night to send righteous thoughts. Although sometimes I still felt that my righteous thoughts wasn’t that strong and felt like going through the motions, I wanted to persevere. If there is no form at all, it’s like a blank space. Maintaining this form signifies my desire to continue improving.
以前在公園煉功，看到同修来的人多人少會動心，那是向外看的有求之心，現在已沒有了這樣的心了。我的心裡充滿了感恩，感恩師父的慈悲呵護，讓我又回到了純正的修煉路上。即使只剩我一人，我也會安心的煉下去！
In the past, I would be moved by the number of fellow practitioners who came to the park to do exercises – sometimes a lot, and sometimes not many. That was a worldly intention, looking outward. But now, I no longer have such an attachment. My heart is filled with gratitude, gratitude for Master’s compassionate guidance, which has allowed me to return to the pure path of cultivation. Even if I were the only one left, I would continue to practise with a peaceful heart!
乾淨世界對於世人是全新的網絡平台，對於大法弟子也是全新的體驗。乾淨世界包羅萬象，包括世間眾生衣食住行的一切內容，但因為剛剛起步，就需要更多大法弟子的配合推廣。同修們在推廣團隊裡互相幫助、互相學習，同時也是我們修煉、去執著心的提高過程。
Gan Jing World is a completely new online platform for the general public, and it’s also a new experience for Falun Dafa practitioners. Gan Jing World encompasses a wide range of content, including everything related to the daily lives of sentient beings in this world. However, because it’s just getting started, it requires more cooperation from Falun Dafa practitioners in promoting it. Fellow practitioners help and learn from each other in the promotion team, and at the same time, it’s an opportunity for us to elevate our cultivation and let go of attachments.
有一次和其他兩位阿姨去探望在老人院的同修。進門看到80多歲的她半躺在床上，看上去神采奕奕，臉色白裡透紅。她說因為摔跤，受傷的腳還沒完全好，走路不方便。話音一轉，她就說：乾淨世界的流量不夠，我們要快點做。原來她已經做了好幾個視頻放上了乾淨世界。問她是否用電腦做的，她說是用手機做的。她還說：“是留是走，一切聽師父安排，但只要還活著，就要做好師父要求的三件事。”
Once, I went with two other ladies to visit a practitioner in a nursing home. When we went in, we saw this practitioner, who was in her 80s, reclining on her bed. She looked lively and had a rosy complexion. She said that she’d injured her foot in a fall, and it hadn’t completely healed, making it inconvenient for her to walk. However, she quickly changed the topic and said, “Gan Jing World needs more traffic; we need to work faster.” It turned out that she had already created several videos and uploaded them to Gan Jing World. When we asked if she had used a computer, she replied that she had made the videos using her mobile phone. She also said, “Whether we stay or go, we should follow Master’s arrangements. But as long as we are alive, we must fulfill the three things Master requires.”
面對這樣的同修，我不敢再給自己找理由不能做這個，不能做那個。想到我一直以自己手機攝像頭不好，無法拍攝為理由，不去做自己能做的事情。此時我感到非常慚愧，便立即去買了一個有三個攝像頭的手機，可以拍照片和視頻，上傳到乾淨世界。感恩師父又以這種方式點悟弟子，不要錯過了參與的機會。
When I saw what she had achieved, I no longer dared to find excuses for not being able to do this or that. I used to use the poor quality of my phone’s camera as a reason for not doing what I could. At that moment, I felt very ashamed, so I immediately bought a phone with three cameras that could take photos and videos and uploaded them to Gan Jing World. I am grateful that Master guided me in this way, enlightening me not to miss opportunities to participate.
我家住在十多層高的大樓裡，大約今年7、8月份，樓梯間的天花板就每天漏水。每天早晨我出去煉功時，都會看到漏下来的水從天花板滴到塑料盆的景象，有時溢的地上都是水。大樓的清潔工告訴我：這事很奇怪，每天凌晨才漏水，白天和晚上都不漏；而且也無法修理，因為找不到漏水的原因。
I live in a building with over ten floors, and around July or August of this year, the ceiling in the stairwell started leaking water every day. Every morning when I went out to do my exercises, I would see water dripping from the ceiling into a plastic container, and sometimes the water would spill onto the floor. The building’s cleaner told me, “This is quite strange; it only leaks water in the early morning, and it doesn’t leak during the day or night. And we can’t repair it because we can’t find where the leak is coming from.”
後來我感覺這水好像是漏給我看的，我想是不是跟我推廣乾淨世界用心不夠有關，也就是修煉有漏。當時還有很大部分同修沒有參與到乾淨世界的推廣中，甚至還有同修持不理解的態度。推廣的力度遠遠不夠，感覺很累很吃力。
Later, I felt like the leaking water was perhaps shown to me for a reason, and I wondered if it was related to my lack of dedication in promoting Gan Jing World, suggesting omissions in my cultivation. During that time, a significant portion of fellow practitioners hadn’t actively participated in the promotion of Gan Jing World, and some even held an attitude of not understanding it. The effort in promoting it was far from sufficient, and it felt very tiring and challenging.
幾個星期過去了，屋頂每天早晨的漏水現象還在繼續，塑料盆又換成了半人高的黑色大桶。但想像不到的是，當佛學會在9月13日（星期三）晚上召集學員交流乾淨世界在全澳的推廣情況，第二天一早我出去煉功，看見樓梯間乾乾淨淨的不再漏水了。大桶不見了，天花板也蓋上了。
Several weeks passed, and the daily morning water leakage from the ceiling continued. The plastic container had been replaced with a large black bucket about half my height. However, to my surprise, when the Falun Dafa Association held a meeting on the evening of September 13 (Wednesday) to discuss the promotion of Gan Jing World in Australia, the very next morning when I went out to do my exercises, I noticed that the stairwell was completely dry, and there was no more water leakage. The large bucket was gone, and the ceiling had been sealed.
我對這事感到震驚，也真切的體悟到，乾淨世界的推廣與我們整體的修煉狀態是息息相關的。推廣乾淨世界重在參與，佛學會帶領著全澳洲的學員，在推廣乾淨世界方面用心了，參與了，漏就補上了。
I was astonished by this incident and deeply realised that the promotion of Gan Jing World is closely intertwined with our overall state of cultivation. The emphasis in promoting Gan Jing World lies in active participation, and the Falun Dafa Association led practitioners from all over Australia to put their hearts into promoting Gan Jing World, which, in turn, addressed the omission issue.
與任何項目都不同，不管我們每個人是怎樣的修煉和生活狀態，有技術或沒技術，有沒有語言障礙等等，只要有助師正法、救度眾生的心，每個大法弟子都能找到適合自己的方式去推廣乾淨世界。
Unlike any other project, regardless of our individual states of cultivation and life circumstances, whether we possess technical skills or not, have language barriers, and so on, as long as we have the heart to help Master rectify the Fa and save sentient beings, every Falun Dafa practitioner can find a way that suits them to promote Gan Jing World.
我悟到，對於世間眾生而言，能上到乾淨世界，就有機會登上救度的法船，從而他們對應的龐大的宇宙生命也可能得救。這是師父對大法弟子的洪大慈悲、對宇宙眾生洪大慈悲的又一展現！
I’ve come to realise that for sentient beings in the world, the opportunity to visit Gan Jing World is a chance to board the Fa boat of salvation, and in doing so, their corresponding immense cosmic lives may also be saved. This is another manifestation of Master’s boundless compassion for Falun Dafa disciples and his boundless compassion for sentient beings in the universe!
《在大紀元會議上講法》中，師父開示：“全世界的大法弟子包容了整個世界，每個人有一個範圍。” 師父還説：“你們每個人在這個世界上承包了一個很大的範圍，代表了一方眾生。”
In the Fa Teaching Given at the Epoch Times Meeting, Master offered the following guidance: “The Dafa disciples of the world together encompass the whole earth, with each person having a certain reach.” Master also said, “each of you assumes responsibility for a large expanse in this world and represents a certain segment of sentient beings.”
如果我們都能利用各種機會推廣乾淨世界，那麼與我們對應和承包的眾生就會更容易上到乾淨世界。
If we can all make use of various opportunities to promote Gan Jing World, then the sentient beings corresponding to us and entrusted to us will find it easier to visit Gan Jing World.
目前乾淨世界推出了“善良很酷”的活動。打開相應的欄目觀看視頻，裡面記錄了許多體現善行的小故事，展現了人性中的善念所帶來的觸動人心的一個個瞬間。看著這些節目，我的心靈也隨之淨化著，感覺自己有了更多的慈悲心
Currently, Gan Jing World has launched the “Kindness is Cool” campaign. When you open this section on the website and watch the videos, you will find many small stories that showcase acts of kindness, revealing touching moments brought about by the goodness within humanity. Watching these programs purifies my spirit, and I feel that I have gained more compassion.
師父在《精進要旨》<淺說善> 中開示：“大法是圓容的，真、善、忍三個字分開來，同樣具足真、善、忍的特性，因為物質是由微觀物質組成，而微觀物質又是由更微觀物質組成，直至窮盡。那麼真也是真、善、忍構成的，善也是真、善、忍構成的，忍同樣是真、善、忍構成的。”
Master said in “A Brief Explanation of Shan” in Essentials for Further Advancement: “Dafa is in perfect harmony: If one separates the three characters of “Zhen-Shan-Ren,” each still fully contains Zhen-Shan-Ren. This is because matter is composed of microscopic matter, which is in turn made up of even more microscopic matter—this goes on and on until the end. Therefore, Zhen consists of Zhen-Shan-Ren, Shan consists of Zhen-Shan-Ren, and Ren also consists of Zhen-Shan-Ren.”
我悟到，推廣“善良很酷”的過程，就是把“真善忍”的真理灑遍世間的過程；也是法輪大法漸入世人道的過程。我還悟到，參與推廣乾淨世界，就是在跟著師父做法正人間的準備了。
I have come to understand that the process of promoting “Kindness is Cool” is the process of spreading the truth of “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance” throughout the world. It is also the process of Falun Dafa gradually entering the human realm. I have also realised that participating in the promotion of Gan Jing World is following Master’s lead in the preparation of rectifying the human world.
最近師父發表的三篇新經文，像重錘一樣直擊我心靈的最深處，用語言和文字很難表達心裡的感受。讀著會流淚，但是卻說不清楚到底為什麼會流淚。新經文內涵太大，學後只覺得生命是那樣的渺小和卑微。一切都是師父造就和給予的！
The three new articles recently published by Master have struck me deep in my heart. It’s hard to express the feelings in my heart with words and language. Reading them brings tears, but it’s difficult to explain why the tears flow. The content of the new scriptures is vast, and after studying them, I can only sense how small and humble life is. Everything is created and bestowed by Master!
師父在《远离险恶》中開示：“是不是师父慈悲众生为你们承受的太多了、盼望你能修成所做的太多了，就成了应该的了？甚至认为师父会得到你什么好处。师父除了为你们承受之外什么也得不到你的，是师父怜惜众生才这样做的！修成修不成也是你自己的事。”
Master said in the article Stay Out of Danger: “Is it that I, your Teacher, have borne too much for you out of my compassion for all beings, and have done too much for you, in my hope that you succeed in your self-cultivation, and this has led to your taking all of that for granted? And some of you might have even thought that your Teacher is benefiting from you in some way. Your Teacher is bearing things for you, gaining nothing from you, and doing all that he is doing out of pity for all lives! Whether you will succeed in your spiritual journey is up to you.”
我們推廣乾淨世界，看上去是在助師大面積的救度眾生，其實是在為自己做。乾淨世界這個新的項目，需要更多大法弟子的配合和圓容。機會對每個人是均等的，但能否抓住機會，就是自己的事。正法已到了最後的最後，現在的一刻時間值千金值萬金。
While we promote Gan Jing World, it may seem like we are helping Master save a large number of sentient beings, but in reality, we are doing this for ourselves. This new project, Gan Jing World, requires more cooperation and hamonisation from Falun Dafa practitioners. There are opportunities there for everyone, but whether we seize those opportunities is up to us. Fa rectification has reached the end of the final stage, and the present moment is incredibly precious and invaluable.
有幸成為大法弟子，我要對自己的修煉負責，完成使命，兌現用生命對神簽下的誓約！
As a fortunate Falun Dafa practitioner, I am responsible for my own cultivation, fulfilling my mission, and honouring the oath I made with my life to the divine!
下面以師父在《二零零三年元宵节讲法》中的一段講法作為結尾：“作为旧宇宙的生命，包括一切生命因素，在正法这件事情上、在我的选择中，所有的生命都来按照我所选择的来圆容它，把你们最好的办法拿出来，不是为改动我要的，而是按照我说的去圆容它，这就是宇宙中生命最大的善念。”
I will finishe with a passage from Master’s teaching in Teachings Given on Lantern Festival Day, 2003: “for the beings of the old cosmos, and this includes all the elements of beings, when it comes to the Fa-rectification and what I choose, all beings’ harmonizing and completing things according to my choices and contributing their best ideas and approaches—not to change what I want, but to harmonize and complete things according to what I have said—is the best thought a being in the cosmos could have.”
