在过去的一年中，我修得不算精進，心里非常惭愧！提笔写这篇交流稿，也异常的艰难和沉重，为什么写交流稿总是让我下不去笔，是什么挡着我，我发现是一颗求名的心，保护自己的心！怕写出来了，同修会对我产生观念，自己的形象会受到损害，可是，比起保护自己来说，作为修炼人，不应该更坦诚地曝光自己的执著心吗？更应该突破名的束缚吗？所以，我决定写出来，坦坦荡荡地交流，做得不好，正应该好好向内找，深挖一下自己的执著心！
