我是得法三年半的新学员，今天我把自己如何得法和修炼的心得体会写出来，向师父汇报，与同修分享。
I am a new practitioner and have been practicing for three and a half years. Today, I want to report to Master and share my experiences of how I obtained the Fa and my cultivation journey so far.
第一部份、幸得大法
Part1. How I had the Good Fortune to Obtain Dafa
我来自一个偏远的山村,因为家中人口比较多,小时候生活很贫困, 家里劳动力少,有时吃了上顿没下顿，也没读过什么书,不认识几个字。在这样的环境下长大,到我十四岁左右懂事时,便开始负担起了家里的大小事,包括挣钱帮助减轻家里的经济负担。
I come from a remote mountain village in China. Due to my large family and limited resources, my childhood was marked by poverty and hard work. I had to take on various responsibilities at 14 years old, including earning money to ease our financial burdens. I faced many challenges and even experienced homelessness and so many hardships. I couldn’t understand the purpose of life during those difficult times.
十多年前，我来到了澳洲。2020年4月的一天，我幸运的接触到了法轮大法。我从新闻报道中看到了九字真言能保平安，于是我用手机上网，查找相关书籍《转法轮》。在此之前，我并不了解法轮功和九字真言是什么,虽然在国内时我曾经在真相币上看到过“法轮功”三个字,但是法轮功到底是什么我并不了解，于是我感到好奇，就这样开始关注法轮功。
I came to Australia more than a decade ago. In April 2020, I was fortunate to come across Falun Dafa through news reports. I learned about the power of the nine special words to stay safe during the pandemic, and I started searching for related books, like Zhuan Falun. I knew nothing about Falun Gong or the nine-words, even though I had seen the words “Falun Gong” on truth-clarification material in China. I was curious, so I started paying attention to Falun Gong.
当时正值疫情期间，澳洲政府要求民众居家隔离,不许外出，正好给了我阅读《转法轮》的好时机,就这样我一连看了一个多星期的书。由于内容太深奥，很多地方一开始都不太理解，后来当我渐渐开始能理解时，我感到很震惊。
During the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Australian government implemented lockdowns and urged people to stay at home. This gave me an opportunity to read Zhuan Falun. Although I initially struggled to understand the many profound concepts, I was gradually able to grasp the teachings, which left me amazed.
我明白了：人的生命来自宇宙；为什么要当人；当人的根本原因；要以真、善、忍为标准做人；人的理是反的,不能做坏事只能好事等等。当时的我非常激动, 我在心里想着：这太不可思议了,为什么这么好的事让我遇到了，我当时既感恩又激动。我自言自语的说：“这就是我要的！”《转法轮》解开了我心中多年的疑惑,让我明白了人活在这个世上的意义,我也想要修炼。
I came to understand that human life comes from the universe, the fundamental reasons for being human, and the importance of following the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. I also learned that human notions are often reversed, and that we should do good rather than harm. At that moment, I felt incredibly moved. I thought to myself, “This is what I’ve been searching for!” Zhuan Falun resolved my long-standing doubts and gave me a profound understanding of the purpose of life in this world. I wanted to cultivate.
通过一遍遍的学法,我明白的越来越多：师父是来度我们的,给我们净化身体,给我们消去业力,还给了我们许许多多太珍贵的东西! 师父还时刻都保护我们,这可要多大的福分、多大的缘份呀！得到这么好的大法，我实在太幸运了！此时的我泪流满面,不知如何感恩师父为我们所做的这一切、所承受的一切,难以表达！唯有叩谢师父，唯有精進实修,珍惜当下,不忘师父的救度！
Through diligent study and practice, I continued to gain deeper insights. I realized that Master came to save us, to purify our bodies, eliminate our karma, and bestow upon us many precious gifts. Master constantly protects us. I felt extremely fortunate to have found such a remarkable practice. At this point, I was overwhelmed with gratitude and could hardly express my appreciation. I could only thank Master and vow to cultivate diligently, cherish the present, and never forget Master’s salvation.
我看书一周后,开始学炼五套功法,就这样每天都活得开心又充实,好象给幸福包围住了,我有师父了,我那个开心呀！
A week after starting my practice, I began learning the five Falun Dafa exercises. My daily life was filled with happiness and fulfillment. I felt surrounded by happiness. I had found my Master, and I was overjoyed.
就像师父在《转法轮》中开示：“在外国，小孩在学校里要打了一百分，他乐颠颠的一边跑一边喊着：我今天打了一百分啦，我打了一百分啦！”
那时的我也是同样的心情。我发自内心的开心、自信,带着激动的心情告诉家人和朋友：我学法轮功了，法轮功不是他们说的那样,他是教人做好人的，《转法轮》这本书是一本很好的书,是一本修炼的书。
I remembered what Master had said in Zhuan Falun: “In a foreign country, if a child gets a perfect score at school, they’ll happily run around shouting, ‘I got a perfect score today!'”
That was how I felt at the time. I was genuinely happy and confident. I excitedly told my family and friends that I had started practicing Falun Gong. I explained that Falun Gong was not what they might have heard, but a practice that teaches people to be good. I told them that “Zhuan Falun” is an excellent book and a guide for cultivation.
第二部份、师父时刻在看护着弟子
Part2. Master Always Watches Over Disciples
对我来说,曾经社会上所有的不解之迷,大法都给了我答案,他是我心中的一把钥匙。
For me, Falun Dafa answered all the mysteries I had encountered in society. It became the key to my heart.
我按照师父书中的法理去要求自己做一个真正的修炼人,不久身体就发生了很大的变化,感到一身轻,腿脚没有重量似的,那种舒服的感觉太美妙了,做什么都不知道累,皮肤颜色也在改变，人整天都乐呵呵的,就象换了一个人似的,遇到消业不舒服心里还是乐。
I wanted to become a genuine cultivator following the principles outlined by Master in his teachings. Soon, my body underwent significant changes. I felt light, as if my legs had lost all weight. I experienced a comfortable sensation, and I didn’t feel tired, no matter what I did. Even my skin started to change color. I was happy all the time, as if I had become a different person, even when eliminating karma and feeling unwell, I was still happy inside.
有一天,我发现身上长了十几年的一个硬瘤突然不见了。这个硬瘤有三粒花生米大,由于不痒不疼，所以就没有理它,也没去医院检查过，有一天洗澡时突然间发现这个硬瘤没了！我当时心想，真是太神奇了。
One day, I noticed that a hard lump on my body, which had been there for over a decade, had disappeared. It was the size of three peanuts and hadn’t bothered me much, so I hadn’t paid much attention to it. I had never gone to the hospital to get it checked. However, one day while showering, I suddenly realized that the lump was gone. I thought this was truly miraculous.
我还遇到了很多神迹。有一天早上我和女儿从朋友家开车回家,我一上车就睡觉,那时身体已经很不舒服,发高烧又发冷。到家时,我叫女儿把车停放在太阳下晒着,我就在车里继续睡,直到下午没有太阳了才回房睡,连睡了三天。在这三天里,没吃也没喝,但我脑子清楚，知道这是好事,第三天下午起来吃了半碗稀饭,第四天早上我就恢复如初了。
After a period of cultivation, I corrected many of my bad habits, including my hunched back. I’d injured my right arm in 2016 while practicing massage with a classmate. It was so painful that I couldn’t lift it for a long time, even after massage and acupuncture. However, through Falun Dafa practice, it completely healed.
I also experienced many other miracles. One morning, my daughter was driving me home from a friend’s house. I fell asleep as soon as I got in the car. I felt unwell, cold and had a high fever. When we got home, I asked my daughter to park the car in the sun so I could stay warm sleeping in the car until the sun went down in the afternoon before I moved back to my room. I slept for 3 consecutive days without eating or drinking, but I felt clear-headed. I knew it was a good thing. In the afternoon of the third day, I got up to eat half a bowl of porridge and by the morning of the fourth day, I had completely recovered.
还有许多其它方面的消业好事就不说了,每个大法弟子都能遇到,只是每个人的情况不同。我就听师父的话：信师信法,不管遇到什么事都是好事。
I have encountered many other positive experiences while eliminating karma, but I don’t want to mention them all since they are quite common to every Dafa disciple. I have learned to trust Master and the Fa. Regardless of what happens, it’s all for the best.
我刚开始修炼时还遇到一件神奇事，朋友让我和另一个朋友去她店里住，并照顾她的宠物。晚上，她把事都交代好后准备回家，我跟她说，你不用坐车了,我开车送你。把她送到家后，我返程从高速公路出口下来时,煞车突然不灵了,怎么踩也刹不住。就这样车一直往前冲，直到一处环岛空地,在石子路上停了下来。当时想，好在路上没车,要不真撞车了。其实我也没害怕,因为我知道是怎么回事,就如师父在《转法轮》中讲的一样,是债主要债来了。
When I first started practicing, I had a strange experience. A friend asked me to stay in her shop and take care of her pet. After finishing our arrangements that night, I offered to drive her home so she didn’t need to ride the bus. However, on my way home after dropping her off, as I took an exit off the freeway, my brakes suddenly failed. I couldn’t stop the car no matter how hard I pressed the brakes. The car kept going forward until it stopped on a gravel road near a roundabout. My first thought was: it’s lucky there were no cars on the road otherwise I would have crashed. I wasn’t afraid because I knew what had happened. It was just as Master taught us in Zhuan Falun, perhaps I owed a debt to someone and had to repay it.
我知道师父一直在看护着我，发生的每次意外都在师父的保护中安然的度过,只要一提到“师父”两个字,我感恩的眼泪就会不停的从心里往外涌出,谢谢师父！
I understood that Master was always watching over me. Whenever there was an unexpected incident I always got through it safely with Master’s protection. Whenever I hear the word “Master” my heart is full of gratitude. Thank you Master!
第三部份、溶入整体 助师正法
Part3. Integrating into the Body and Assisting Master in Fa-Rectification
我曾经生活在阳光海岸，周围没有其他同修。2022年5月去黄金海岸看神韵演出时接触到了同修，他们在学法上给了我很多帮助，我非常感谢同修们。同年9月，我搬到了布里斯班，从此和其他同修在一起参与助师救人的项目,心里感到格外的高兴和荣耀。
I used to live on the Sunshine Coast, where there were no other practitioners. In May 2022, I watched Shen Yun on the Gold Coast and met local practitioners. I’m deeply grateful for all the help they gave me in studying the Fa. In September last year, I moved to Brisbane and began joining projects with other practitioners to help Master save people. This has filled my heart with immense joy and a feeling of honor.
我在读法时,经常会不由自主的流泪，因为深刻感受到师父为我们付出的太多太多了！在学法当中,我对法的理解和学法的重要性越来越清晰，这也激发着我心中的正念。大法对我来说太珍贵了，修炼是严肃的,我不能让自己走偏,也不让自己做后悔的事,时间紧迫,我只能抓紧时间多学法、多救人。
When I study the Fa, I often find myself crying uncontrollably, as I deeply sense the tremendous efforts Master has made for us. In the process of studying the Fa, my understanding of Fa principles and the importance of Fa study has become clearer, strengthening the righteous thoughts in my heart. Dafa is extremely precious to me. Cultivation is a serious matter, and I must not deviate from my path. Time is pressing, so I must make the best use of my time to study the Fa and save people.
我第一次派的报纸，刊登了师父写的大法新经文《为什么会有人类》。当拿到同修送来的报纸时，心里倍感荣幸。我一直想要参与大法的项目，派报时既开心又害怕。怕的是我从没做过，但转念一想,我是大法弟子,之前我就一直希望能够尽快做救人的事,这机会多难得呀！我有师父在,有什么好怕的。
The first time I distributed the Chinese Epoch Times newspapers, Master’s article “Why Does Mankind Exist?” was published in the paper. When I received the newspapers from local practitioners, I felt greatly honored. I had always wanted to take part in Dafa projects. When I was distributing the newspapers, I felt both happy and anxious. I was anxious because I had never done it before. However, I reminded myself that I am a Dafa disciple, and I had always hoped to be able to save people as soon as possible. What a precious opportunity this was! With Master’s guiding me, what should I fear?
就这样我去掉了怕心,带着灿烂的笑容在人多的地方派发报纸,只要看见中国人面孔就问：你会中文吗？还有只要遇到中国人开的店铺、中餐馆、小商品店等，我就进去，对他们说：您好，给你们送上大纪元时报。
Then I got rid of my fear, smiled happily and distributed newspapers in crowded places. Whenever I saw a Chinese face, I would ask, “Do you speak Chinese?” I visited Chinese-owned shops, Chinese restaurants, and small grocery stores, saying, “Hello, we’re giving out copies of The Epoch Times.”
接着我开始参与派发干净世界的卡片。干净世界里的视频有各种语言，也能看到师父写的《为什么会有人类》。我希望众生能早日看到师父的新经文并明白真相。
I also started giving out “Ganjing World” cards. The “Ganjing World” videos are available in various languages, and people can see Master’s article “Why Does Mankind Exist?” I hope sentient beings can read Master’s new article and understand the truth.
我还参与一家家的发信箱。每放进一份资料，我都会默默的说：法轮大法好,真善忍好,祝您好运。路上见到人就直接上前问好,递上一张干净世界的卡片。一次，一家人见夏天天气热，我脸上挂着汗珠，脸也热红了，她们就主动给我拿来冰水让我解暑，还把我随身带的水瓶装满。我知道这是师父在鼓励我,我非常感动,谢谢师父。
I also helped with mailbox deliveries. Every time I posted materials in a mailbox, I would silently say, “Falun Dafa is great, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is great, and I wish you good fortune.” When I met people on the street, I would go up to them and give them a “Ganjing World” card. On one occasion, it was very hot and a family saw that I was sweating on my face, and my cheeks were hot and red. They kindly brought me some iced water to help me cool down and even filled my water bottle for me. I knew this was Master encouraging me, and I was deeply moved. Thank you, Master.
我每次出去征集解体中共的签名都能签到一百一十至一百九十人之间,有些人很主动的在征签板上签名,有些人签完后又传给下一个人接着签；有些人很理解我们做的事,他们把家人的名都签上了。对于他们来说，我虽然是个陌生人,但他们都很友善，有人请我吃水果,也有人叫我吃蛋糕,还有要和我照相的,也有人叫我照顾好自己,祝我好运,他们的热情让我非常的感动。我悟到，这一切都有师父的保护和加持。
Every time I went out to collect signatures for disintegrating the CCP, I could get between 110 and 190 signatures. Some people proactively signed the petition, and others passed it on to someone else after signing. Some people understood the significance of what we were doing and added the names of their family members. Even though I was a stranger, they were all friendly. Some offered me fruit, and others gave me cake. Some even wanted to take photos with me and asked me to take care and wished me good luck. Their warmth touched me deeply, and I realized that everything was due to Master’s protection.
还有一次周六，我去海边征签，因为天气有些冷,风很大,海边人不多。我第一念想着，这不白来了吗？马上转念一想,不对。
One Saturday I went to the beach to collect signatures. The weather was cold, and it was windy and there were only a few people on the beach. My initial thought was, “Did I come here for nothing?”
师父在《各地讲法三》<大纽约地区法会讲法>中开示：“我说，哪怕我度成一个人,我的事也没有白做。”
But then I remembered what Master had said in Fa Teaching Given at the Metropolitan New York Fa Conference:
“I tell you, even if I’ve saved just one person, my effort was not in vain.”
So I thought that as long as one person signed the petition, it wouldn’t be in vain. In the end, 20 people signed.
两周前的周日早上,我打算去一个周末市场征签,邀请同修一起去，当她说不去时，我便掉头开车回家，本想换个顺路晚上去学法的地方征签就好了,剩下时间就回家学法。当我这样想的时候,车已经开到家门口了。但是心里却有一种说不出来的感觉,这么好的天气,却在家里学法,不去救人,多闹心啊。就这样转念一想,人都没下车，就直接开车前往周末市场去征签了。
Two weeks ago, on a Sunday morning, I had planned to go to a weekend market to collect signatures. I invited another practitioner to join me, but when she declined, I turned my car around thinking it would be more convenient to go home and study the Fa and then collect signatures on the way to Fa study in the evening. However, as I was thinking this, I realized I had already reached my doorstep. I had an indescribable feeling, as it was such a beautiful day, but I was thinking about studying the Fa at home instead of saving people. That would be such a pity. So I changed my thinking. Instead of getting out of the car, I immediately drove off to the weekend market to collect signatures.
我就一个人在那里征签直到两点钟市场结束。靠近这个市场不远处有个游泳池，那天天气有些热，人很多。我也就接着在游泳池附近请他们签名。那天还遇到过这样的五个人,当我和他们谈到中共时，他们有些排斥，传单也不接受,我只好离开；再次遇到他们时，他们同样不想了解；当我第三次遇见他们时,他们都接受了传单,并在征签板上签了名。我还遇到有些来旅游的中国人，他们也都理解。我认为这些人都是等着来得救的。这一天共有188个人在征签板上签了名。
I collected signatures there by myself until the market ended at 2:00 p.m. Not far from the market was a swimming pool. It was a hot day and the pool area was crowded. So I continued collecting signatures near the pool. I came across five people who initially were resistant when I mentioned the CCP and didn’t want to take the material. I had to leave them. The second time I met them, they were still unwilling to accept it. When I met them again for the third time, they all accepted the materials and signed the petition. I also met some Chinese tourists who understood our message. I believe these people are waiting to be saved. That day, 188 people signed the petition.
某个周六,我们同修三个人说好早上发完正念就在一个海滩去炼功,当时8点多时天气还是挺好的,当我们炼到第二套功法时天气开始变了,乌云多起来,风也慢慢的刮得很大,到我们炼功结束后,我们开始学法,由于风太大天气有些冷,找不到好的地方和避风的位置,只好到我车上学法。学了几分钟后，我想到,我们在这里学法,要学两个多小时,因为车位很紧张，会让游客找不到车位,这不行,这不是修炼人应该做的。 于是，我们就找了一个偏僻的地方停下来学法。
One particular Saturday, three of us decided to go to the beach to do the exercises after sending righteous thoughts. The weather started off being fine, but, as we were doing the second exercise, the weather began to change. Dark clouds started to appear, and a strong wind began to blow. After we finished the exercises, we began to study the Fa, but the strong wind was cold, and there was no sheltered area. So, we decided to go to my car to study. We continued to study the Fa for a while, and then I thought, “We are going to spend more than two hours studying the Fa here, and parking is limited, so tourists may have trouble finding a parking spot. This is not what a cultivator should do.” So, we drove to a quiet spot to park the car and continued our Fa study there.
学完法我们再去征签，那天也遇到许多神奇的故事。我感慨，只要我们心存为他的善念，只要我们有走出去想救人的念，就会走在师父给铺垫好的神路上。
After studying the Fa, we carried on collecting signatures. That day was full of amazing stories. I realized that as long as we keep righteous thoughts for saving people and have the wish to save people, we will be walking the divine path arranged by Master.
我深感能参与助师救人的大法项目是最神圣的，也是我最大的荣耀。有时我出门做讲真相救人的事时,我通常不知道渴,也不知道饿,更不知道累。在我的心里,能学好法,救到人,这就是最值得高兴的事,心里无比的感恩师父的安排。
I deeply feel that taking part in Dafa projects to assist Master in saving people is the most sacred and greatest honor for me. Sometimes, when I go out to clarify the truth and save people, I usually don’t feel thirsty, hungry, or tired. In my heart, what’s most joyous is to be able to study the Fa well and save people. I’m deeply grateful for Master’s arrangements.
在我今后的修炼中，我希望自己尽量做好三件事,做到信师信法,修成无私无我的正觉,做师父的真修弟子,不让师父担心。
In my future cultivation, I hope to do the three things well. I want to truly have faith in Master and the Fa, cultivate to attain selflessness and enlightenment , and become a genuine disciple who doesn’t let Master down.
