我是1998年4月得法的，在师父的慈悲呵护下，十几年来跌跌撞撞的一路走来。今年5月10日我来到澳洲布里斯本。我格外珍惜这样一个自由的修炼环境，时刻把讲真相救人放在心上。我几乎天天到中国城讲真相，刮风下雨，也不间断。只要一天不去，我就会感到内心很愧疚。
I obtained the Fa in April 1998. Under the protection of our compassionate Master, I have tumbled along on my cultivation path to date. I came to Brisbane on the 10th of May this year. I really cherish the free cultivation environment and always keep our mission of clarifying the facts and saving people at heart. I go to Brisbane Chinatown almost every day to clarify the facts to Chinese tourists, whether it rains or shines. I would feel very uneasy if I failed to go there for even just one day.
一、冲破亲情的干扰走出去讲真相
1．Let go of the attachment to affection for family; go out to clarify the facts to people
师父在《二零一三年美西国际法会讲法》中说：“正法期间很多事情都不是简单的，而且都不是单一的，神安排事情都是多重因素的。那人到国外来，他在国内听不到真相，是不是就是叫他到国外听真相啊？你们不能放弃这些人，所以咱们各地区讲真相的旅游点还得做好。”
Master said in the Fa Teaching at the 2013 Western U.S. Fa Conference,
“Many things in the Fa-rectification period aren’t that simple, and nothing is one-dimensional. Things arranged by gods involve multiple factors. When someone heads abroad [from China], well, since he isn’t able to hear the truth while in China, isn’t he being directed to go overseas so that he can learn the truth? You can’t abandon these people. We must still do a good job of clarifying the truth at the tourist sites in each region.”
学习师父的这段讲法，我认识到旅游点讲真相的重要性。我们这里的中国城是大陆游客必来的一个旅游点。刚来到布里斯本第二天我就到中国城去讲真相。期间遇到很多干扰。平时很听话的儿子到澳洲后一反常态，老是跟我犯脾气，每天只吃一顿饭。刚到澳洲，因为需要联系学校，他暂时只能呆在家里。我每天上午10：20分出门讲真相，我问他吃饭吗：他总说不饿，等我下午2：30回到家问他吃什么，他还说不饿。另外让他在家学习，他也不学习，整天玩手机。一个十几岁的男孩，这个状态真的让我很难过。我努力把心放平静，每天坚持到点就出门讲真相，这样的状态持续了一个多月。
From this paragraph of the Fa, I understood the importance of truth-clarification at tourist sites. Chinatown in Brisbane is a “must visit” for Chinese tourists. I went there to clarify the facts the second day after I arrived in Brisbane. I experienced much interference for a while. My son, who is usually very well-behaved, acted uncharacteristically after he came to Australia. He often put on a show and ate only one meal a day. When we first arrived in Australia, because I needed to make arrangements for his schooling, he stayed at home for a while. Every morning, I would leave home at 10:20am to clarify the facts to people. Before I left, I would ask him if he wanted to eat. But he always said he was not hungry. When I got back home after 2:30 in the afternoon and asked him what he would like to eat, he still said he was not hungry. And, instead of studying, he spent the whole day playing on his mobile phone. I felt very sad and concerned, as he is only a teenage boy. Still, I tried to keep a calm mind and continued to go out regularly to clarify the facts to people. This situation went on for over a month.
师父讲法中说到：“执著于亲情，必为其所累、所缠、所魔，抓其情丝搅扰一生，年岁一过，悔已晚也。”(《精進要旨•修者忌》)
Master said: “Those who are attached to affection for family will definitely be burned, entangled, and tormented by it. Pulled by the threads of affection and plagued by them throughout their lives, they will find it too late to regret at the end of their lives. (“Cultivators’ Avoidances” in Essentials for Further Advancement)
想到师父的法，我决心放下这个亲情的执著，放下“望子成龙”的心，该讲真相还是讲真相，绝不让这个干扰得逞。慢慢的，孩子的状态一天天的变好了，也开始每天和我一起学法了。
I decided to let go of my attachment to affection for family, let go of the human mentality of “holding high hopes for one’s child”. I went out to clarify the facts as usual and refused to allow my son’s situation interfere with saving people. Gradually, my son’s state of mind turned for the better, and he also started to study the Fa with me every day.
二、在中国城讲真相中修好自己
2. Cultivate well while clarifying the facts to people
刚到中国城讲真相时我不知如何讲，只是举举展板，而且刚开始站在中国城讲真相，总是左顾右盼的看，心里不踏实，总害怕有特务给我照相。看到别的同修三退，可自己却不知如何开口，心里很着急。对照法向内找，自己开不了口不只是一个简单的技术性问题，而是自己心性上有问题。比如自己有怕心，怕遇到恶人，有担心自己讲不好，怕丢面子的心，还有自己善心不够等问题。其实讲真相讲不好，就是没有修好自己。
When I first started clarifying the facts to people in Chinatown, I didn’t know what to do or how to talk to people, so I only held up display boards. Also, while I was standing there, I kept looking around and felt rather uneasy, as I was afraid of CCP agents taking photos of me. Seeing other practitioners doing so well in helping people quit the CCP, and yet I couldn’t even open my mouth, I felt very anxious. After looking within, I found that it was not an issue of skill, but a xinxing problem. I had a fear, and was afraid of running into bad people; at the same time, I was worried about losing face if I couldn’t do well. In addition, I also lacked compassion for those people to be saved. In short, if I could not clarify the facts well, it was because I hadn’t cultivated myself well.
师父在《各地讲法五•二零零五年曼哈顿国际法会讲法》中说：
“如果大家修不好自己就没有威德，讲出的话不在法上，救度众生那都谈不上，讲出的话没有威德、没有力量就不起作用，邪恶也会钻空子。”
Master said in Teaching the Fa at the 2005 Manhattan International Fa Conference,
“If you don’t cultivate yourselves well you won’t have mighty virtue, what you say will not be in line with the Fa, and then you can’t possibly save sentient beings. When what you say has no mighty virtue and no power, it will have no effect, and the evil will capitalize on that.”
通过不断学法向内找，提高心性，修好自己，慢慢的我也能开口讲真相三退了。
Through regular Fa study and xinxing improvement in cultivation, gradually I was able to talk to people to clarify the facts and encourage them to quit the CCP.
在中国城长期讲真相的同修都是年龄较大的老年同修，来中国城的游客都是到这边吃饭，我们一般是游客下车吃饭时举展板讲真相，吃饭回来上车前的过程做三退，有时这车游客刚送到路口，另一车的游客从另一个路口回来，有时这边没地方停车，还需要跑到马路的另一个方向，为了不耽误讲真相三退就需要快速跑步过去，跑到跟前顾不上倒气快速给游客讲真相三退。有时我跑老年阿姨也跑，看到同修年龄这么大还这么用心去救人，自己内心总觉得很感动，我时刻提醒自己不能懈怠用心去救人。以前是两只手举一块展板，现在为了多让游客了解真相，我现在都是每只手各拿一块，尽可能的举得高高的，有时胳膊支撑不住，就会用腿往上再顶一下缓解。虽然每天很累，但是想到自己能给可贵的中国游客讲真相，我心中感到无比荣幸、无比幸福。众生怀着对大法、对大法徒能够救他们的坚定信念来到这个肮脏险恶的人世间，我们作为负有助师正法的历史使命的正法时期大法弟子，有什么理由不抓紧时间去救度他们呢？
Practitioners engaged in truth-clarification in Chinatown on a daily basis are relatively senior in age. Chinese tourists often come here for lunch. We hold up display boards when they get off the bus and try to clarify the facts to them on their way to the restaurant and back to the bus. Sometimes, when we have just walked with one group to one end of the road, another group has already arrived on the other end; sometimes the buses have to park on the other side of the road due to a lack of parking space, and we have to quickly run over to clarify the facts. I always feel rather touched when I see elderly practitioners run back and forth with me. I keep reminding myself that I must not slack off, and I must use my heart to save people. In the beginning, I held one display board with both hands. In order to let people see more facts, I now hold up two boards, one in each hand, and try to hold them as high as I can. When my arms become too sore, I support the boards with my leg for a moment, and then hold them up high again. It’s rather demanding physically, but I feel very honoured and happy to be able to clarify the facts to the precious Chinese people. Sentient beings came to the dirty and dangerous human world with a firm faith that Dafa and Dafa disciples could save them. We as Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples have no reason not to hurry up to save as many sentient beings as possible.
讲真相中碰到的游客什么人都有，有支持的，有谩骂的。在这个讲真相的过程中会发现自己很多不好的心，我发现后就及时修掉，在心性考验中不动心。随着自己修炼的提升，用心去给可贵的中国人讲真相，讲真相效果也越来越好。
There are all kinds of people among the tourists. Some show their support; some scold us. In the truth-clarification process, I can see many unrighteous thoughts in myself, and let go of them as soon as I see them. As I improve in cultivation and use my heart to talk to people, the effect is also getting better and better.
一天， 一群游客下车，其中有一位中年男子跟我们点头示意说：“你们辛苦了！我们都知道了，你们啥时候回去把共产党推翻了?”我笑着说：“我们不要它那个政权，人不治天治，是老天爷要灭中共啊，希望咱们善良人赶紧退出来，不要替共产党背黑锅！”顺势我大声讲了“藏字石”的事情，劝他三退，这个中年男子很痛快就答应三退了。
One day, a group of tourists got off the bus. A middle-aged man nodded to me and said: “You have been working hard. We already know. When are you going back to overthrow the Communist Party?” I smiled and said: “We don’t want its political power. It’s Heaven that wants to destroy the CCP for their crimes. We just want kind-hearted people to quit from it so that they won’t be scapegoats.” I then talked about the characters engraved on the “hidden character stone” and encouraged him to quit the CCP. He happily agreed.
还有一次我举着天安门自焚的展板在一群游客面前讲真相，有一位女游客看着我说：“习近平上台后现在国内变化很大，江××也已经下台了，你们就别再讲这些了，（指讲真相）”，我说：“国内还在抓捕关押法轮功学员，只要迫害一天不停止，我们就一天不停止讲真相，我们每一个中国人都应该有正义和良知。”这时游客中的其他人冲着我纷纷点头认可。我顺势给多位游客做了三退。
One other time, while I was holding a display board about the staged “Tiananmen self-immolation” to clarify the facts to a group of tourists, a female tourist said to me: “There has been a big change in China since Xi Jinping came to power; Jiang has already stepped down. You should stop talking about these things.” I said to her: “Falun Gong practitioners are still being illegally arrested in China. As long as the persecution continues, we will not stop clarifying the facts to people. Everyone needs to keep their sense of justice and conscience.” While I was speaking, some others in the group nodded their heads. I then helped a number of them quit the CCP and its associated organisations.
还有一次天气很热，一对中年夫妇走在游客队伍的最后，我向他们讲真相，他们态度很冷漠，面无表情，不理不睬，还冲我直摆手，不让我给他们讲真相。我立即向内找，可能是自己又累又热，众生又不退，自己心里有点急躁、语气不善造成的。众生的态度就是我自己态度的一面镜子。
One day, it was very hot. When I saw a middle-aged couple walking at the back the group, I went up to clarify the facts to them. They were very cold towards me, and waved their hands to stop me from talking with them. I looked within and found that maybe it was because I was tired and hot, and was getting a bit impatient when I saw people refusing to listen to me. I was not compassionate enough in my tone. The attitude of sentient beings is also a mirror for me to reflect upon myself.
师父在《二零零三年元宵节讲法》中说：“缘份可以这样说，但是起正反两方面作用的都有，可是那是旧势力的安排，我都不承认的。我刚才讲了，世上的人都是我的亲人。不承认旧势力的安排，在讲清真相中尽量的做。”
Master said in Explaining the Fa During the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference,
“You could say that about the predestined relationship, but as for those who have a positive effect and those who have a negative effect, there are both, and that’s just how the old forces arranged it. I don’t acknowledge that at all. A minute ago I said that everyone in the world was part of my family. Don’t acknowledge the old forces’ arrangements, and do as much as possible to clarify the truth.”
是啊，我应该把众生当成自己的亲人才对啊。我这么一想，语气全变了。我说：“你们看，天气这么热，我挥汗如雨讲真相图个啥啊？不图你们一分钱，就是希望你们在灾难来的时候能够平安……” 我跟着他们继续讲，结果我跟到十字路口，他们点头同意三退了，走到马路中间还回头冲我直挥手表示感谢。
Indeed, I should treat sentient beings as my family members. When I thought of Master’s words, my tone changed. I said to them: “It’s so hot and I’m sweating. I’m not after anything for myself, and I don’t want a cent from you. I only hope that when catastrophes strike, you can be spared and be safe…” I walked along with them and kept clarifying the facts to them. When we came to the intersection, they nodded their heads to agree to quit the CCP. They turned their heads again and waved to thank me when they were crossing the road.
三、把讲真相融入到日常生活中
3. Clarify the facts in daily life
除了在中国城讲真相外，在生活当中遇到中国人，我也会及时讲真相救人。我去学校接外甥女放学时看到一位大陆来的阿姨，她也是接孩子放学，我跟她聊天中得知她和我来自大陆同一个城市，因此显得很亲近，跟她讲了大法真相。她说迫害之前她也练过法轮功，迫害开始后相信了媒体的造谣宣传就不练了。就在8月份的一天她和家人生气，气得都不想活了，肚子胀的鼓鼓的全是气，她让我看她身上的伤，她自己撞的，胳膊和腿上各有一大片淤紫，她说她不想活了，不如让汽车撞死等。我说：“阿姨，还学大法吧，只有师父能救你啊？”我把她叫到我家给她读《转法轮》，一边读她一边上下排气打嗝，连着三天每天到我家学习一讲，该学第四讲时，她说你给我拷到mp3里面吧，我自己拿回家听。这个阿姨现在每天听师父讲法，心态好了也不和家人生气了，还说谢谢我帮她，我告诉她 ，“您不用谢我，您要谢，谢师父，是师父救了你！”就在这几天她还主动来找我，和我一起去中国城举展板讲真相，这个阿姨现在重新走入了大法修炼，前两天给我打电话， 说她现在内心非常平静，知道遇事向内找自己了，是师父救了她一条命，谢谢师父！谢谢大法！看到这个阿姨的变化，我内心触动很大，是啊，众生都在等着我们救度啊。
In addition to what I do in Chinatown, I grasp every opportunity in daily life to clarify the facts to Chinese people. One day, when I went to pick up my niece from school. I saw a woman from Mainland China who was also there to pick up her child. I chatted with her and found that she was from the same city as me in China. We felt quite close to each other. I told her about Falun Gong. She said she practised Falun Gong before the persecution, but she stopped later as she believed the lies in the media. She told me that one day in August, she got so angry with her family members that she almost wanted to die. She showed me the bruises on her arms and legs, saying she inflicted them herself and said she would rather be killed by a car. I said to her: “Aunty, you’d better practise Falun Gong again. Only Master can save you from misery.” I took her to my place and read Zhuan Falun to her. As I was reading, she kept breathing out loud and had hiccups. She came to my place three days in a row, and each time we studied one lecture in Zhuan Falun. When it came to Lecture Four, she asked me to copy the recording of Master’s lectures onto an MP3 so that she could listen to them when she got back home. She listened every day and felt a lot better. She was no longer angry with her family members. She kept thanking me. I said to her: “You don’t need to thank me. Our Master has saved you.” Recently, she also went to Chinatown with me to hold display boards to clarify the facts. She has come back to Dafa again. Two days ago, she called me and said: “I’m feeling very calm inside now. I understand I need to look within. Master has saved my life. I’m very grateful to Master, to Dafa.” I felt very touched by the changes in her, and felt even more strongly that sentient beings are waiting for us to save them.
讲真相的过程，表面看是我们在救人，实际是上师父借用这个过程成就大法弟子的过程。我知道自己离师父对我的要求还差得很远。师父说：“慈悲能溶天地春，正念可救世中人”（“法正乾坤”•《洪吟二》）我一定要珍惜这万古机缘，在扎扎实实的实修中，修出自己的慈悲和正念，助师救度更多的有缘众生，兑现自己的史前誓约！
In the process of truth-clarification, it appears on the surface that we are the ones who are saving people, while in fact it’s our Master who uses this process to establish Dafa disciples. I know I’m still far away from Master’s requirements.
Master said, “Compassion can harmonize Heaven and Earth, ushering in springRighteous thoughts can save the people in this world” (from “The Fa Rectifies the Cosmos” in Hong Yin Vol. II)
I will continue to cherish this precious opportunity to cultivate solidly and cultivate more compassion and righteous thoughts to assist Master save more sentient beings and to fulfil my historic pledge.
最后让我们重温师尊在《各地讲法七》〈美西国际法会讲法〉中的一段讲法：“所以作为一个修炼的人来讲，能够坚定自己，能够有一个什么都不能够动摇的坚定正念，那才真的是了不起。象金刚一样，坚如磐石，谁也动不了，邪恶看着都害怕。如果真的能在困难面前念头很正，在邪恶迫害面前、在干扰面前，你讲出的一句正念坚定的话就能把邪恶立即解体，（鼓掌）就能使被邪恶利用的人掉头逃走，就使邪恶对你的迫害烟消云散，就使邪恶对你的干扰消失遁形。就这么正信的一念，谁能守住这正念，谁就能走到最后，谁就能成为大法所造就的伟大的神。”
Lastly, I would like to share with you a paragraph in Teaching the Fa at the Western U.S. International Fa Conference,
“So as a cultivator, what is truly remarkable is when you can be steadfast and have righteous thoughts so firm that nothing can sway you. Be solid and firm like diamond, or granite, and then nothing can affect you—evil will be afraid at the mere sight of you. If upon encountering trying circumstances your thinking can be truly righteous, then, when faced with the evil’s persecution and when faced with interference, just one sentence of yours fortified with steadfast righteous thoughts can instantly make the evil disintegrate, and it will make those who are being used by the evil turn and flee, it will make the evil’s persecution of you dissolve, and it will make the evil’s interfering with you disappear without a trace. One thought born of righteous faith is all it takes. And whoever can hold firm that righteous thought and go the distance will become a magnificent god forged by Dafa.”
