尊敬的师尊好,
各位同修好,

Greetings to venerable Master, greetings to all fellow practitioners!

助师正法时期,作为大法弟子很荣幸能把在《大纪元》这一正法项目中的点滴修炼体会,在此向师尊汇报,与同修交流。
I would like to share with fellow practitioners and report to Master my cultivation experience of working in Epoch Times during the Fa Rectification period.

今天我想与大家交流的主题是信师信法,从看似不可能变成可能。
Today my topic is believing in Master and Fa, you can make impossible possible.

从2011年10月,我从兼职做大纪元墨尔本报社排版的工作到全职排版;从全职排版兼职广告设计到后来的全职设计;然后再从全职设计,兼职销售,到现在的全职销售——这近四年的变化,让我从一个只熟悉电脑操作的设计专业大学生到如今频繁出入西方办公楼的大纪元销售员工。这其中的酸甜苦辣可以说是一言难尽,无时无刻不感受到师尊的慈悲呵护。
From October 2011, I work for Melbourne Epoch Times from a part-time layout designer to full-time layout designer. Then I did full-time layout design with part-time advertisement design, and later on I became the full-time advertisement designer. After that, I did part-time sales when I was the full-time advertisement designer and now I am a full-time sales person. Things changed in the past four years, I grew from a designing university graduate who was only familiar working with computer to an Epoch Times sales who goes to the offices in western society frequently. It is a long story with ups and downs; I can feel the compassionate care from Master in every minute.

从去年六月正式全职做销售到现在已经一年多的时间了。起初的想法非常简单却又是那么的坚定——我要给大纪元挣钱。也许是师尊看到了我的这颗心,让我很轻松的突破了一般新销售起初都会遇到的没有经验、没有客源、语言沟通能力有限以及业务水平低等方方面面的困难。让我在全职销售后的第二个月就为大纪元墨尔本报社签到了$17,781的广告订单。
It has been more than a year since last June when I became a full-time sales person. My original thought was very simple but firm – I want to earn money for Epoch Times. Maybe Master saw my heart and let me easily break through the obstacles that many new sales encountered like no experience, no client resource, limited communication skills and low sales performance. I got $17,781 sales contract for Melbourne Epoch Times in the second month after I became a full-time sales person.

信师信法是做好大纪元销售的关键,签单就是救人。
Believing in Master and Fa is the key element in being a good sales person in Epoch Times, every contract is saving people.

每年的11月份是澳洲郊游旺季,在那段时间里我联系上了距离墨尔本市区1个小时车程的Marysville林间渔场的老板Leslie,并争取到了一个见面的机会。约见当日我提前十几分钟抵达了预约地点,刚一下车我就被那里的景色吸引住了,远离市区的繁杂,在繁茂的灌木丛中不时传出嬉戏的鸟叫声。
November is the peak season in tourism in Australia, at that time I contacted Leslie, the owner of Marysville trout farm that is one-hour drive away from Melbourne CBD, later on I try to made an appointment with him. During the meeting date, I arrived there ten minutes earlier, and was attracted by the beautiful view there. There was no hustle and bustle of the city and I could hear birds singing from the bushes.

但与此形成鲜明对比的是那里空荡的钓鱼台以及陈旧的鱼竿和生锈了的烧烤设施。一个年过70的老人从山的一端开着一辆很破旧的工程车来到了前厅招待室来迎接我。其实在去之前,我做了一些关于这个渔场的相关调查,并且提前根据渔场的规模写好了一份市场策划。后来在与他的交谈中我才得知,其实这里就是几年前维省发生重大山火受灾最严重的一个区域,而Leslie的渔场就是在灾后重新建的。
However, in marked contrast, the fishing platform was empty, the fish rods were old and the BBQ pits were rusted. A 70 year old man driving an old truck coming from the other side of the hill met me at the reception. Actually I did some research about the farm before I went there and I made a marketing proposal based on the revenue of the farm. Later when I talked with him, I realized that the farm was one of the most affected area in the big bush fire in Victoria several years ago, and Leslie’s farm was rebuilt after the fire.

大火不只烧掉了他所有的产业,还夺走了他唯一的儿子,从那以后渔场经营每况愈下,如今接到我的电话也只是感觉又到了应该繁忙的季节,但是在聊天中我感受到他那种对未来看不到任何希望的一种绝望。当我得知这一连串的噩耗时,已经准备好了的电脑和打算要进行的幻灯片一下子感觉特别无力。
The fire not only burnt all his properties into ashes, but also took the life of his only son. After that, the business of the farm became worse and worse. When he answered my phone call, he realized it should be a busy season then but I could feel that he was desperate and hopeless about the future. After listening to the sad story, I felt that the computer and PPT I had prepared were powerless.

我冷静了片刻,调整了一下状态,当即便把之前准备好的渔场推广方案全部抛在了脑后,暂停了正要进行的幻灯片。我放慢语气,平静的与他聊天,与他聊我的故事,聊我的家庭因为修炼法轮功在中国被迫害的亲身经历,亲人现在仍然健在却不能团聚的痛楚。讲述了我在面对这种不幸的时候如何积极的正视和怎样从痛苦中超脱出来,并且讲述了我为什么要做《大纪元》这份报纸,讲述了大纪元媒体集团讲真相的宗旨和他的历史使命,并以我自己克服困境的亲身经历引导他对未来要充满信心,勇敢并且坚韧。
I calmed down for a while and readjusted my state of mind. I decided to forget about the marketing plan and paused the PPT. I slowed down and talked with him peacefully. I told him the story of mine. My family was persecuted because we practiced Falun Gong, and we couldn’t meet each other though we were all safe and sound. I told him how I saw things positively and broke away from the sadness when I faced misfortunes. I also told him why I joined Epoch Times and the mission and the historical responsibility of the Media Group-to clarify the truth. I encouraged him to be more confident about the future, be brave and persistent with my own experience of overcoming the obstacles.

听过我的故事和我现在正在从事的工作,他一直紧锁的眉头开始慢慢舒缓。我又鼓励他多看好的一面,正的一面,我说“你仍然健在的妻子正在与你共度著难关。”“你仍然拥有着这么一个有着显著自然地理优势的渔场,尽管经历了那场不幸的自然灾害,但是我相信在另一个世界的你的孩子,他不会希望看到你这样轻易的放弃。”
After listening to my story and my work, his brows soothed slowly. I then encouraged him to see the good side, the positive side: “You still have a healthy wife to overcome the difficulties with you.”“You still have this beautiful farm with geographic advantages though you have experienced that unfortunate disaster. Your child in the other world would not want to see you give up.”

听完了我的这番话,他那舒缓的眼神里闪现出了对未来的希望。随之我开始通过我的业务知识,与他分析现在旅游旺季应该如何打开华人市场以及何时做广告会产生更好的效果。然后慢慢引导他看我之前准备好了的幻灯片。到后来明白真相的他非常感动并且感觉自己确实应该做点什么。最后的广告订单也签的非常顺利。
After listening to my words, I could see the hope of future in his eyes. Later I used my marketing knowledge and told him in this tourism peak season how to open Chinese market and when to do advertisements to yield better result. Then I showed him the PPT I had prepared. He learnt the truth and was very touched. He felt like he should do something and the contract was signed very smoothly.

这次签单的经历让我感触很多。其实作为大纪元的销售人员在外面接触各行各业各种不同的人不同的事,都在考验和过关中提高着自己,这就是师尊为我们安排的修炼环境,当我们把救人放在第一位的时候,广告订单真的就是副产品。
I felt a lot after this experience. Actually, as a sales person in Epoch Times, we meet all kinds of people, all kinds of things in different fields; we have tests and difficulties and improve ourselves in. This is the cultivation environment Master has arranged for us. When we put saving people in the first place, the advertisements contracts are just by-product.

签单后的几个月里,我不时会打去电话问候。在一次回访中,他激动的拿着客人留下的大纪元报纸问我关于他广告的中文内容,还跟我要了几份最新的报纸以服务来钓鱼的中国游客。环境的变化更是出乎我的意料。以前紧锁的前门敞开着,钓鱼设备擦拭如新,远处的烧烤设备明显的经过细心打理。临走时他的妻子激动的与我拥抱,那种喜悦溢于言表。
A few months after signing the contract, I was calling him time to time. Once in a return visit, he was very excited to show me the Epoch Times paper which the Chinese visitor’s left and hold the paper asked me about his Chinese advertising content. He also want me to left some newspaper for his Chinese visitors. For the environment changing is beyond my expectation. Previously locked the front door is open now, fishing equipment cleaned as brand new, distant BBQ pits apparent after care. His wife gives me big hug when I ready to leave. They looking really joyful and the smiling is from the bottom of the heart.

今年五月份我刚刚续签了一个广告合同,这也是我在做大纪元销售的这一年多来数额最大的一个单。并没有想像中的那么难,没有花太多时间和精力,甚至没有与客人见面,只是通过电话和邮件就续签成功。
I just renewed a contract this May; it was the biggest contract I signed after I became a sales person last year. It was not as difficult as I imagined and didn’t cost me much time or energy. I did not even meet with the client in person; just through phone call and email I renewed the contract successfully.

我知道这是师尊在鼓励我,这不仅仅增强了我的信心同时也让我感受到正法宏势下对媒体的要求越来越高,作为正法时期大法弟子,一定要紧跟正法进程,而这一切的基础就是个人修炼的提高。正如师尊在《二零一三年大纽约地区法会讲法》中教导“我们有的人在讲,说我们现在资金不够啊,项目做不来。那是你没做好啊,你没有把它当作大法弟子真正要做的事情做、真正的一个企业去做。一个世界性的媒体周转资金没有几个亿在都不是大公司。”
I know it was Master encouraging me. It not only makes more confident, but also let me realise that in the rapid pace of Fa Rectification period, the standard of media is higher and higher. As a Dafa deciple in Fa Rectification period, we must keep up with the process of Fa validation. And the base of all is improving one’s cultivation status. Just like what Master teach us in Fa Teaching at the 2013 Greater New York Fa Conference: “Some of us are saying, ‘We don’t have sufficient funds, so we can’t get the project going.’ But that is because you haven’t done a good job on it. You didn’t treat it as something that Dafa disciples really need to do, as a real enterprise to run. An international media company isn’t considered a major corporation if it doesn’t have a few hundred million dollars in working capital.”

很多同修说做大纪元销售是需要一种毅力,我觉的这其实是一个信师信法的问题。师尊在《在大纪元会议上讲法》中告诉我们:“真的把它办成一个坚固的实体、能够经营的很好,而且参与的大法弟子能够在这里解决生活问题,又能够全身心的投入在这里,使它在证实法与救度众生中更有力,这才是我想要的。”
Many fellow practitioners said sales people need persistence, I think is more about believing in Master and Fa. In Fa Teaching Given at the Epoch Times Meeting Master told us: “What I want to see is you turning this thing into a real, solid entity; figuring out how to run things well; allowing the Dafa disciples who participate to make a living, thus being able to put their whole hearts into this; and making it more powerful for validating the Fa and saving sentient beings. ”

身为一名大纪元的销售人员,我深知这份报纸的重量,在各种挑战面前因为那一份责任,我切身的感受到了师尊的那种弘大慈悲,为此我倍感荣耀。
As a sales person in Epoch Times, I know the importance of the newspaper by heart. I know the responsibilities when I face all kinds of challenges that make me feel deeply the vast compassion of Master, therefor this job makes me really proud.

最后,我想以师尊洪吟三中的《只为这一回》与同修共勉:
At last, I would like to share with you Master’s in Hongyin III as encouragement:

只为这一回

超越时空正法急
巨难志不移
邪恶疯狂不迷途
除恶只当把尘拂
弟子走正大法路
光照天地恶尽除
法徒精进寒中梅
万古艰辛只为这一回

All for the day
Beyond time and space I vigorously rectify the Fa
Despite the huge ordeals my will never bends
Amidst crazed evil, I never lose my way
I regard eliminating the evil as whisking dust away
When disciples walk righteously the path of Dafa
Their light illumines the world, purging evil completely
Diligent disciples—plum blossoms in winter’s chill
The eons of hardship were all for this day
